I Can Believe It's Not Pickles by Jason

Light, sweet, and delicious. Simple. Also, I don't know what to name it.

3% FA Marzipan
1.5% FA Apricot
0.5% FA Pear

(Optional, and additional 1% TFA Pear. I've made it both ways, and both are great.)

We mixed this up last night using the optional 1% TFA Pear. To us, FA Pear is a perfect "fresh pear" and TFA Pear is perfect canned pears - so we like the idea of using both (in fact, we'd done that before).

WOWZAH - this is a STELLAR VAPE! Mellow, but not too mellow; fruity, but not too fruity...and the Marzipan brings it all together OH-so-smoothly.

Thanks tons for this one - it'll definitely be a staple around here!

It is an almond paste. I think it's yummy. The flavor is more like an almond extract, which is one if my favorite bakery additives.

Parzicot? Apearpan?

I thought of "pearpripan". My most recent label is "lederhosen ", since all three flavor are prevalent in German desserts.

What PG/VG ratio do you usually use? Thanks

I usually do 35% PG 65% VG.

I think I've been trying to go to high with 30% PG 70% VG and it's throwing the taste off. Lowered to 35/65 tonight and it was a lot better. Thanks for the info.

I will try this out with a little bit of FA Honey to see what comes out of it. Pear, Honey and Almonds go soooo well together,

I just love it when great recipes are re-discovered and brought back to our attention! This one is a tried and true keeper. ;)
I just brought it out a couple weeks ago, after almost a year's hiatus. It is good, and I forgot about it.
