I have an arctic v12 and every time I want to put a new coil in and clean it I cant for the life of me can't unscrew the tank to come off I've tried my tee shirt, paper towels it just doesn't come off they give you replaceable glass so there's someway to do it I just don't know I have no other problems with my other 15 tanks
