God Mod 180

Hey guys,
So, I am going to give you my full review of the SMY God Mod 180 over the next few months....when I get it.

I ordered it from Fasttech almost 2 weeks ago, paid for the "4-12 day" shipping....and it's not here yet. So, we will see what happens.

I will update this again when I get it and unbox it.

The reason why I got this is because I actually LIKE the large size, and I like the high wattage due to I don't like building super sub ohm builds. That, and it is really a 'Bigger dick then thou'' buy. :)

I'll keep Yall updated!

Ok, so my God Mod 180 finally arrived from "Fastech" today.

The first thing I noticed was the smell. Wasn't anything bad, but a smell I have never smelled before. The case was wrapped in the ANNOYING plastic. Something I would expect from a cheap toy.

After unwrapping it and having that smell multiply, I unzipped the case and saw a bright light and a choir was singing.

Now, you need to remember this....the last thing I had was a MVP V2 that only went to 11 Watts. So, this is like going from a 92 ford escort to a 2015 Corvette. So, of course I'm excited to get this thing!

So, I unwrapped the Mod sat it down, looked through the manual for a quick second, noticed it came with a drip tip and some 28 gauge Kanthal, a SMALL screw driver and 4 more screws.

The thing I noticed right off the bat was the button rattle. The firing button rattles like a dang baby toy!

I flipped the back over and looked at the screws.....WHY DID THEY MAKE THEM SO SMALL??? You have to remove this in order to charge your batteries! WHY SO SMALL??? This issue is going to have to be addressed!!

I remove the back cover and inspected the case to make sure, nothing had to be taped up. (Thanks Unc!). Didn't really see anything of importance, so I popped in my VTC4's!

As I started to try and put the back cover on, I noticed it was a little hard. You have to push down on the cover pretty hard in order to get the tiny screws to line up. This is a little annoying....

After I finally installed the back cover, I screwed on my Dark Horse, clicked the button 5 times to turn it on, went through the menus to see what version it was (Version 2 thank god!) and started ripping away at about 40 watts.

I'm a little upset because I was trying to build a dual coil setup with twisted and wrapped 26 gauge. But, as large as I could go without touching the walls of my RDA, and the thing ohm out at .48 ohms.....PERFECT!!

I screw it into my 180 and it reads...."Atomizer Short." I like to sub ohm for my brothers stuff and wish this thing would too. But, I'm able to get a large RDA, build a large 24 gauge twisted dual, and ramp that sucker up with hardly ANY ramp up time! My next RDA I will get will be a Mutation X. I like to cover large surface areas with my coils and love the flavor!

If I were to do it over again, I would either build me a box mod with a DNA 40 chip in it, or buy one with a DNA40 chip.
In all reality, I don't go above 40 Watts when I'm vaping. This thing is a amazing device, don't get me wrong. But, the practicality of this thing is not there. Who the HELL is going to Vape it at 180 watts? Maybe during a dick swinging contest that will work.

I will write more reviews of this mod as time progresses. Thanks for reading.

I ordered one of these boxes when they first came out. Alot of people laugh at me. This thing is huge !!! but I bought it for the 3 batteries 7500 mah vape hard all day and don't run low. This mod with an orchid V4 fitted with a 30mm Kayfun Lite tank holds about 11 ml of juice and is my Going fishing 4 the day mod. Glad I bought it and would never get rid of it
Oh BTW the carbon fiber skin on this was from vaporskins and i won it on Mod Envy. Gotta love free shit !!!

So, a week in and I'm loving it! I have only had to charge the battery 3 times since I bought it, and I sometimes chain Vape on 40watts!

The only really big downside to this thing is that the coils have to be a .45 or above for it to read. I like to run dual coil on a 22mm RDA, so it's a little pain in the kisser.

I might step up to the mutation X sometime soon, but this thing will DEFFINENYLY keep up in cloud comps! I get a clean hit every time with the Dark Horse at 40 watts.

It is a little on the bigger side, but it is sturdy as hell. I got drunk on Saturday night and I dropped on the floor at the bar. Not a scratch and it kicked right on.

I own one and I recently thought it F'd on me but turns out some dude spat in all my juice. I vape this bitch at 150+W on like 11+ Volts all day on my drippers (20 wrap 24 gauge dual coils at .83) and it puts out 16 foot clouds like no tomorrow. If you can find a 26650 addy with good airflow like a Mutation XL or a Bear I'd recommend it because you can fit some monster coils in those and get the power you need to them. I'm planning on replacing the 510 and the button on mine and keeping it in use because I adore it.
