Wonderful. NYS tax dollars at work.

I guess they consider it an investment to protect the $4.35 per pack that state gets in cigarette taxes, and roughly $2B a year that NYS gets in MSA revenue.

Reverse psychology has never worked. And it's not working now.

Actually, reverse psychology works marvelously well with teens -- those morons keep telling them how bad vaping is, so naturally the teens wanna do it, which is, of course, a GREAT thing! They're vaping, not smoking! :giggle:

The best way to keep teens from vaping? Tell 'em it's good for them, that they HAVE TO vape -- and eat broccoli and do their homework. :giggle:
