I just finished doing Flavor Drops vs. ML Tests. I used several FA and several TPA Flavors.

The FA were dropped out of the FA plastic dropper bottles and also a 1 ML Syringe. No difference between FA Bottles and 1 ML Syringe. All flavors tested were between 37 to 40 Drops per ML

The TPA Flavors were dropped from a 1 ML Syringe which resulted in 41 to 43 Drops per ML
Also Tried dropping the TPA Flavors from a Long Stemmed Plastic Pipette which resulted in 48 to 51 Drops per ML

Previously I'd been using 30drops per ml ; Now I think I'll start using 40 drops per ml in my small test batches!

there is no such thing as a drop being equal in any company vs other companies..
all bottles with dropper tops are not made the same.
even pipettes are not the same

the best measurements are by the ml or by weight.. ;)

I agree completely and I only use ml for measuring batches of 30ml or more; but if you're just mixing up a test batch of 5 ml or less using direct volume or weight is not practical for me

i haven't done a mirco batch in over 9 months now..
normally the smallest i will mix is 20ml.. but..
i drip and go thru juice and i do have a fan club here that buys from me..
and nopes weight won't help you there, but, ml will win over drops even if it is a 2ml bottle.. ;)

A bunch of us use the little Pure Vapes 3ml bottles for sampling - the drops are consistent enough for small batches at 1 drop=0.5% per 6ml. I always make up little vials this way before considering making more - no surprises that way!

I use the drop method, mostly. I usually mix small batches, single flavors and have gotten used to how many drops are good for me. My flavoring drops come from the bottle, while I use the same dropper for nic, pg and vg. Sometimes, I will mix everything but the vg, then add vg to fill the bottle. Since it is only for my own use, it works for me.
