So the FDA is gonna ban all sale of vape products come August? Is that everything, ejuice included? Are we still gonna be able to buy products already out, or they banned too? Thanks, Rob

Its not really a "ban" in the literal sense, but they are regulating it and the companies wont be able to afford to comply with the regulations. They set a date, and anything made AFTER that date will need to comply with the regulations (which costs up to or over a million dollars PER product), and that date is sometime in 2007. So everything made after 2007 (everything) will either have to submit the applications and money, or be pulled from the market. They have 90 days from the day the FDA released the regulations to sell stuff, then after they need to put applications in and have up to 1 or 2 years where they can sell their products while the application is processed.
