Swedish Match is next to fail. It will take a lawsuit to change. FDA already sent the signal on this one.
FDA : "One camp says there's no safe way to use tobacco and pushes for people to quit above all else."
IMO, America doesn't have a lower risk alternative program for tobacco public health.
IMO, This is wishful thinking: "Others embrace the idea that lower-risk alternatives like smokeless tobacco or electronic cigarettes can improve public health, if they mean fewer people smoke."

I guarantee they will find some 80 year old guy who smoked for over 60 years then quit smoking by using a vaporizer.
6 months later he will die from cancer.
The FDA and/or CDC not even bothering to mention the 60 years of smoking real cigarettes, totally pulling the wool over America's eyes will call it a "vaping related death".
Sadly your all to right it's just a matter of time before they try it
