Bad actors – that small percentage of retailers who sell e-cigarettes to children – should be punished, but their infractions should not cause the entire vaping industry to suffer undue, overly broad sanctions.
That small percentage of retailers is nothing more than a convenient excuse for them to implement the agenda they wish to pursue.

and yet the goverment is not threatening to shut down a single one of these industries, and that includes their unwillingness to shut down the drug trade...hell the CIA runs it.
