Fasttech has delivered 3 counterfeit products in a row to me. One being a replacement for the first, which they admitted was fake. It has been 12 days, and they won't even respond to my service ticket.

Oh - so no vape products?

No, Not that I know about, but Joe promotes the flashlights here,http://vapingunderground.com/threads/10-off-all-batteries-and-flashlights-at-fasttech.89281/ and how can you trust a company to not rip you off on one product, when they rip you off on another?

The third fake was described as name brand authentic, and even had the laser engraved logo. Fasttech has been aware of the issue for a long time, and refuse to stop misrepresenting their fake products.

Additionally, they refused initially to honor their return policy, and now refuse to answer my Customer Circus ticket.

I personally contacted both Joyetech and Steamcrave and both told me they don't and never did sell to FT and have no contact with them.
FT had one of Steamcrave's products available for sale while it was still on pre-sale by Steamcrave themselves and before it was distributed to anyone (hint).

Same with Uwell. But they're obviously getting the products from a 'distributor,' because what I've ordered is authentic!

Fasttech is pretty much the king of clone and fake items.
Should never trust anything they sell to be authentic, even if the item title says it is.
They will even give things completely different names just to try and get something to sell. Like mislabelling the Version 1 of Product A to trick people into thinking its a Version 4 of Product B when the real manufacturer of Product B has only made up to a Version 3.

Like when they were (and still are actually) selling the Yep RDA and Mutilator RDA as Mutation X V4 and V5 before Indulgence released the V4.

It's one thing to buy from a distributer and another to buy from a distributer before it was distributed.

Something has changed there. Not for the better. There are rumors that they were aquired by Gear Best.

How do you know? Packaging? One piece of CNC machined steel (atty) looks pretty much the same as another. I believe most of the attys/mods they sell are authentic if they describe them to be, but some are obviously factory seconds.

There was a recent post on their forum from a customer who recieved an "authentic" STM, with only one set of holes on the AFC.

I fully understand that their suppliers might occasionally pull a fast one on them, but their refusal to resolve the situation is even worse.

I had to fight with them to even change the description and specs of the the first fake I recieved from them. They responded by saying that they were not going to change it, because all the new stock WOULD be authentic, because their supplier said so.

Their purchasers should know better. If I can tell a fake in a matter of seconds, and I am not in the consumer electronic business, why can't they? It certainly is not because they have not been made aware..

On some products FT say "It had a mark of authenticity but we removed it on purpose"
If that's not fishy I don't know what is.

They do have gearbest side adds on the site, as far as product descriptions, any authentic s that I have bought from them , have indeed been authentic, I always look at product descriptions REAL careful.

To be fair, I can understand that. If Fasttech is not a distributor for a given product, they will buy from another company that is. If they left serials or authentication on the product, and the manufacturer found out, the distributor selling to Fasttech might lose the product line.

On the other hand, there have been reports of people entering authentication codes, that have been used several times.

Not quite. Here, learn something.

The fake LEDs are about 30 to 40 percent as bright as the authentic, last half as long, fail 10 times more often, and produce much more heat as an authentic Cree LED.

If I pay the same money as I would for a light specd at 1000 lumens, and recieve a light that does a quarter of that, I am being ripped off. Fasttech puts in the specifications not just the make and model of the LED, but even the bin number.

The bin number denotes the grade of a specific LED. All bullshit.

The fake LEDs

"fake" Light Emitting Diodes??? So are they not diodes, do they not emit light?? Low quality and fake are two totally different things

Sigh. They are not Cree diodes as advertised. The LEDs are represented as being for example:

Light Source BIN V5
Light Source Brand Cree
Light Source Color 6500K
Light Source Model XP-L

Except they are not any such thing. Bottom line, they falsely represented a product, thach is capable of perhaps 20-40 percent of their specs, and does not contain the components they say that it does.

Here, learn something.

I'll try to put in in terms you might understand. You pay for a Realeaux DNA200, and what you recieve is a istick 50w.

True, they are both mods, they both will produce vapor, but they are not the same. If you think that this example depicts a fair trade practice, PM me, have I got some deals for you.

What is even worse is their initial refusal to honor their own return policys.

Sorry for the wait.

Our supplier confirms the new batches for the item 4036701 will be authentic Cree LED.

In your case, as this item is still usable, we're considering to partial refund you $3 via credit card t show goodwill for customer satisfactory.

Please kindly advise so we can arrange accordingly, thanks.

Fasttech eventually agreed to send me a light that matched the specs of the one I paid for. Two months later. It was a fake as well.

Fast Tech really suxs ok they chep but their attention to detail is pathetic. I gave them three orders paid extra for packing....what f.....g packing?
Last order I order 10 pkts of Kangartech trd coils. They were just thrown into a padded bag like they normally use no bubble wrap or nothing....they arrived with the bejebus crushed out of them. I raise a ticket....send photo....wtf...they offer $2 compensation. Previous order buy a dripper tank...the plastic box the dripper came in smashed in transt. Again same sort of packing....just thrown into a padded bag. Well Fastech F...k U. Same result they offer their $2 compensation. I wanted the dripper for a birthday gift...They can jam their $2 you know where.
