This contest is a bad travel experiences game. It can be a anything related to a bad experiences with hotels, planes, cabs, whatever travel related.

This isn't my worst, but I am trying to keep it brief....

This happened in New York. I was getting into the cab to head to airport , to head home.
Cabbie was loading my gear, and I saw him drop something. I asked him if he did and he said no. Fast forward to airport, I have paid cabbie and he is driving off. A drop of water comes out of my camera. Those pics didn't develop and the camera was a goner.

My worst experience ever is probably gonna be coming back from a trip to China and having all my suitcases left on a different plane, and when they finally got returned I had two bags out of 3 that were mine and one bag that was obviously an old ladies, sent her bag back and mine was never returned, Worst part is that bag had all our souvenirs and camera.

I'd probably have to say my travel to Detroit was the worst in a long time. I was supposed to be going to a convention in the suburbs with a couple of friends of mine. I got to the airport in Detroit a little behind schedule since I missed the original I was supposed to be getting on. Finally make my way to the Detroit airport to find out the friend that was supposed to be picking me up got into a wreck while he was one his way out of Ohio (where he's from). I tried staying in contact with him after I found that out but we ended up losing contact while he was in the hospital to get checked on and I ended up staying the night in the airport. I was not the happiest person the next morning. Thank goodness I knew other friends of mine in Michigan that were going also so they just swooped me up. Altogether it was just crappy timing...

Business trip to Liberal Kansas, airport lost my bag - had to find a clothing store (K-Mart) to try and buy clothes for the meeting (I was in a T-Shirt, flip flops and Shorts) After the meeting ended airport called to see when I would be picking up my found luggage......

We went camping with the entire family and a few friends each and when we were to the way there driving in a car with a six cylinder engine I believe, one of them went or started to go and we were having to put oil in almost every 15 -30 minutes tops! The whole entire trip turned out to be a new nightmare including my getting caught on the door jamb of the van by the leg of my shorts and hanging there with the poor little frog I had caught sqished in my hand! Long story short on the way back home the car finally shit the bed and my mom and my brother should have just waved as they drove on by!!! We ended up being escorted by the police to the nearest rest area and had to wait until they finally believed that someone else was coming to pick us up before we had to pile 6 people and two babies in car seats into my brother in laws Berretta to drive the 3 hour trip back home and needless to say that we were now without a car but we also had to leave half of our stuff behind cause it would not fit in the car! This is one of my many bad experiences with traveling so it was a little bit hard to choose and I am not good at telling stories but I did the best I could!

the taste of burnt cotton let me just tell you you only do that once !

traveling home from work running low on juice vaping @ 12 MG nic
I just quit smoking 4 weeks before so the juice in my RSST dual coil ( magneto genesis style ) was good at the end of the long working day . umm them lung hits of conspiracy liquid ( the kennedy )
I can make that drive no worries i tort its only another 20 minutes up the highway ... music playing in the car ..... music stops and a news flash relay the information of a traffic accident on my route home
only a few hundred meters later coppers detour all traffic on to a ajoining highway no worries my trusty GPS will guide me
I set it to avoid the highway i'm on ... hmm guess others had the same idea thats a lot of cars ahead of me .....
sigh 15 light changes later i get through the first set of traffic lights ... now that juice in my tank is getting really low !!!
to my horror every car owner in the city must have been on the road and they all wanted to go the same way ....... frustration sets in
I'm annoyed ( that nicotine was not just wanted it was NEEDED )
so i just wanted to get home and refill my tank a few vapes gets me my nic fix ...
the GPS now gets set to avoid 2 roads in a attempt to get away from the traffic congestion on the smaller roads bypassing the accident !
no nooooo NOOOOO theres road work cant go that way they blocked my escape .... seriously this is too crazy .... turning car around GPS now avoiding 3 roads t
that takes me on a journey ill never forget i get stuck at another set of traffic lights behind hundreds of cars and thats when i dry burn my cotton wick
sitting there the cloud i inhale is Warmer than normal ...... it feels dry .... ! it IT ITTT taste horrible unlike anything I've ever experienced ...... $#&%@*(&%$ what the !!!I cough like my lungs want to vomit ! ! !

my face turns mailbox red my eyes are getting wet while about to pop out of my head from coughing to the point i cant breathe in

I think i wont be able take a breath again in time before the next onslaught of gagging and coughing starts it nearly makes me spew up .... i look in the mirror it's not a good look i think to my self I'm still holding the MOD in my hand not good advertising for vaping !
as i look down .... yea the tank is well and truly dry I put it in the cup holder
then the traffic starts moving again while I'm wondering how i could forget to keep a eye on the the drops in the tank of my RSST tank i knew it was low ..... i knew it was looking like it was real dry in the pyrex tank why didn't i bring a refill bottle
now i had a bad taste in my mouth till i got home i was coughing a dry horrible cough for next 2 hours it took me to get home
Detour after detour with traffic cues that turned a 30 min drive into a nightmare .

I'll NEVER FORGET to bring spare juice for my vaping device
dry Cotton is not possible to be vaped even if your desperate for that last few drops that might just still be be in the cotton wick

Mine is short and not so sweat. On Thanksgiving break. I drove my new car started drinking with my cousin's. Hasd beer, voka all was good until my aunt said have a drink of this it was 105 proof of moon shine. Got so sick. My causin had to drive as we are going through harbor tunnel. I told him to pull over. Of course he said he couldn't. I threw up all over him and my new car.

Day 3 of a week long japan trip, and me and my wife decided to take the trains and that we could totally find our hotel easily because we 'remembered' the way and everything this way looks familiar. Basically we did what travel sites warn you not to do. We go lost in the seemingly never-ending underground malls and shopping areas for about 3 hours. On the positive side we saw alot and I mean alot of the shops there, and another great thing was if you can get a japanese person to stop and explain your situation, it is like they have this feeling of responsibility for you unlike anything I have probably ever experienced. This is the part that makes the mistake worth it, this total stranger literally called our hotel, asked for the address, got on his gps osaka map and led us all the way there. I have no idea what he was on his way too, but that totally won me over. Of course the rest of the trip was taxis.

I don't travel much at all, but the last time I did was a company trip to Hamilton, OH in July. Not only was it hot and muggy, it rained cats and dogs, and we got flash flood warnings the whole time I was there. I had never in my life gotten that sticky, and there just was not enough hairspray in OH to keep my hair up that week.
To top it all off, they booked us on the same floor of the hotel that had the Legionnaires Disease outbreak a few years back - they must've gotten a deal and that floor must've been closed off, cuz nothing in the rooms worked right. Either that, or they were haunted.

We all loaded up going on a weekend kyacking trip. Had 14 yaks on one trailer. We get about 25 miles from campsite and we all stop to eat. Pulled in outa the way from everyone. Well we go in and we're all sitting around the table eating. And all these ppl start going in to the Windows. We don't really pay it to much mind til the police come in and start going tabke to table asking about our truck and trailer. Well turns out a big truck parked at the gas pumps. He didn't put it in gear and something happened to the air brakes. Well it rolled down the parking lot and crushed everything in its path. Geuss what was in its path. My truck and trailer and 14 kyacks. Crappy trip for sure
