It is sitting in a DHL hub 3 hours away tagged deliverable, because they only deliver packages Via DHL, and DHL will not deliver items to USPS PO boxes only Physical addresses (I gave my PO Box), Vendor does not follow up , just takes addresses and passes them along to main distributor in China.I assume if the item is not claimed, they send it back to the place of origin.

That just sucks. I haven't had trouble out of heavengifts. But I ordered a smok cube II from cigabuy never got it and talk to them through email they had me do a bunch of crap to please them I didn't get it. Then just stoped emailing me at all.

I hope you get yours. I no I'm not giving up. I email them everyday. And if I've got to I'll get the law involved. Yeah it wasn't much money but it was my hard earned money. And no one is just gona take it and me not do something.
