So after all this time with multiple emails, CC Charge and a PayPal transfer I got an email from Amazon Prime the shipper lost or damaged my package and they cannot fulfill the order. They are unable to send another one so I wind up with $19.78 but I will not take a chance using this vendor on Amazon.
