EMOW Batt issue

Brand new - will not take a charge from a standard usb charge plug. Do these require a special charger or do I have a bad one? Thanx.

Plug it into your computer's usb port, it the light coming on the batt? It might be fully charged...

No light of any color on the batt whether plugged into the computer or the wall adapter. Light does not come on when button is pushed five times as per instructions. Batt was used for one cycle as purchased. Stopped working and will not take charge.

Its shaken off it's mortal coil, it's an ex-parrot. It's dead, exchange it....

That battery sucks anyway. It gets hot, and messes with the flavor. I got an Istick and slapped the emow on it and saw a big difference. Oh plus the battery actually broke on me
