Tried placing an diy only order last night, got prompted to pay shipping, cancelled the order and opened a ticket. Got a reply this morning stating that due to diy flavors being shipped from a different location, diy as well as hardware orders will have no free shipping option available. In other words, since its a drop ship from NR, shipping does apply. Thought I would mention this before others get disappointed lol.

They are likely all different companies using the same distribution and platform (which is not uncommon). Whois data shows at least nicotine river and ejuices as different organizations. eliquid.com is using private registration.
