I would like to give "Betty" from http://www.cvapor.com/ a shout out for sending me the Lemo 2 for review.http://www.cvapor.com/eleaf-lemo-ii-rebuildable-atomizer.html
,,,,Thanks Betty,,,,
The Lemo 2 came very nicely packaged,it came with a simple set of instructions,a small combination screwdriver, extra O rings, and a couple of extra screws.
This seems to be a very nice tank,I like to vape around one ohm with a 70pg/30vg mix,This came with a 0.5 ohm build installed so the first thing I did was remove the stock coil and replace it with the one of my preference,IMO,the build deck is fairly easy to build on,much like the Kayfun,(im a diehard Kayfun fan),The only complaint I had was you have to pull the coil so far to get it where they had the stock coil mounted, that you ruin the shape and spacing of your coil, but @Taver13 my good friend and partner at V Rod Vapors,(Opening Soon),gave me a tip to just use the heads of the screws like when I build my Kayfuns,Thanks Tav,awesome tip,so that's one negative point to this tank eliminated.
As far as wicking,I used my tried and true "Navy Nest" style wicking method, using 100% rayon,I have to say she wicks exceptionally well with my 70pg/30vg mix,I also tried a 50/50 mix and had no problems,I chain vaped it with no dry hits, and after letting it sit all night had 0 flooding issues.
My main complaint with this tank is the non adjustable 510 pin,if you have a mod with a spring loaded or adjustable 510,,,,,,,problem solved(had to get some commas in here somewhere),IMO this is a small negative on Eleaf's part.
I think Eleaf hit the ball out of the park with the filling method on this tank, its basically a top fill tank, you just turn the top section on the tank body to open the fill port,no tools required,it doesn't get much better than that,Great job on that Eleaf.
As far as the air controle, again,Eleaf did a good job with this as well,I personally prefer a more restricted airflow,You can turn the bottom section of the tank to open for a good amount of air,or shut it completely off,,,,,,,(more commas)they recommend shutting completely while filling to prevent leakage.
My overall assessment of the Lemo 2
This is a very well built tank for anyone that likes to build their own coils, the airflow and fill port are very strong points with it,The only downfall I could find is the non adjustable 510 pin,Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of this tank,Very good job Eleaf
