Hey I really need help with the ticket process for ECC. I manage Black Tie Vapes in Orange County, CA and the shop owner purchased 4 B2B ECC tickets under his name, but he won't be attending. I have no idea what to bring with me to get my credentials and I dont even know if Ill be able to get in if hes not there. All we received after we purchased the tickets was a reference ID, no receipt, nothing. WHAT DO I DO!?
