I am working with someone who has a patent pending on a vaping process that does not exist. Can't go into detail but it's the ability to vape ingredient that is unique. I'm trying to get information on licensing and royalties but I can't seem to locate good information on this. Any help would be welcome.

You came to the wrong place dude. Patent protection, licensing, and all that stuff isnt exclusive to vaping and I doubt many people here would know enough about it to really give you solid advice, and even if they did, would you wanna risk your invention and the potential profits from it on the advice of a random person on a vaping forum?
