This is a study just starts off with misinformation at worst or laziness at best.
A "NEW" hazard would have been a catchy title A FULL DECADE AGO in 2008.
But it's 2018.
They can't come up with some newer, fresher information for a title then who is going to take what comes after it seriously? - 5150

Also this is a REAL slick title.
It makes you think kids are sipping on eliquid left and right.

Results
A total of 520 surveys were completed and returned, identifying 220 cases.
Symptoms related to inhalation were present in 135 cases (43 unintentional, 92 intentional) and in 85 ingestion cases (35 unintentional, 50 intentional).
For inhalation cases, most were male, aged 15 to 19 years, who sought treatment for nausea/vomiting, cough, throat irritation or acute nicotine toxicity in an outpatient clinic/office.
Most inhalation cases reported e-cigarette use 2 to 3 days/week, and e-cigarettes purchases from a mall kiosk/store.

So we have " The Children™ "
a bunch of 18 and 19 year old MEN

Intentional inhalation IS the fucking definition of vaping.
92 of the 220 cases is nestled under "Intentional inhalation"
and 50 of the 220 INTENTIONALLY INGESTED eliquid!!!

So we now have the mentally ill involved in this shitshow of a study.

What exactly is "unintentional inhalation" anyway?

Did you walk through the smoking section expecting to fake cough and say a smartass comment like "don't ya know those things will kill ya?" and you caught a whiff of strawberry milkshake instead of cigarette smoke?

So out of this entire turd of a study there are 35 unintentional ingestions that could be concerning depending on the circumstance. - 5150
