just received my order from dragons den vapor and i wanted to give a shout out to Peter Broody. i used the 'contact us' button on the site to ask a question, and he answered me right away. most of his replies were pretty much live/chat paced. we were in contact until about 10pm my time, which is 1am where the package shipped from, at which point he sent me the tracking number for my order and completed the transaction.
i liken the whole experience to actually going into a vape shop and talking to the person behind the counter for a couple hours, and then keeping them there way after they were supposed to close up for the night. i have never had a bad experience with a vendor, but this guy makes all those perfectly fine transactions look average and sets the bar way higher than expected.
