Does the coil fit in my Innokin Oceanus

Hello i have a innokin oceanus, original it comes with a 0.5ohm BVC Coil (it says so atleast, om the website) but my coil has been burnt so i got 2 coils from a friend that is a Eleaf GS Air 1.2ohm (i'm pretty sure) i am also using the Eleaf iJust 2 mini tank right now btw. will the New 1.5ohm coil fit my oceanus?

Is the tank the Innokin Scion ?- you would need to buy those coils- the eleaf GS Air coils will not fit in the Scion tank- the GS coils are super tiny compared to the Scion coils
If this is the Oceanus Kit that comes with the Scion Tank- there should be an RBA- watch You Tube videos on how the build and use the RBA coil. Do you have the box and instructions?
Lucky that a 3 pack is under $8.00 pretty affordable coils.

Did you take the burnt old coil out and try the new coil?
Does the old burnt coil look the same as the new coils?
The coil would have to fit the tank . Hope he gave you the right coils to work with the tank he gave you.

he gave me it for free, he dont know if they fit. i have not taken the old out (i dont know how to, first vape i have owned)
Unscrew the bottom metal cap off the tank- you will see the coil- unscrew that and then screw in the new coil, If it is the right coil it will screw in where the old one came out of-
Look up that tank on You Tube- they will show you how it works.

but do i need to turn the vape upsidedown? does it matter if i have juice inside?

You will keep the tank upside down, so keep the glass section upside down on a counter while you change the coil- so juice will be OK- may leak out so have paper towels.

Are you sure the coil is burnt?- What wattage do you have the Oceanus set too? Maybe too high for you?
Try turning the wattage down.

Well, 40w and it started to taste shit and came much less smoke, then turned down to 30, worked for around 5 hits, then the same thing happened.
Try turning down a bit more- and don't chain vape it. The coil should say on it what to vape it at- you are in watts right- not Temp control?
Too bad you didn't have the instructions for the tank - it would have helped you. You are new at this and need the instructions- I am not sure what coils you have and if they will work with the tank in case the one coil you are using is burnt.
Not all tanks use interchangeable coils and the coils he gave you may not work with the tank you have.

On the side of the coil it should have a watt rating like 15w-40w or something like that do not go over that rating. You need to put some drops eliquid on the cotton you see and a drop down the center of the coil- let sit in the tank with eliquid for about 15 minutes- turn your watts down to 5w- then slowly go up a bit at a time to break in the coil- too high and you will burn the coil out again.
Good luck and hope he gave you the right coils for the tank he gave you!
The coil should screw in the bottom where you took out the old one- keep the old coil so you can buy more coils for the tank you have.
