As you see here Pennsylvania made the second highest amount of money this year excluding states that already cashed in their payments long ago in tobacco bonds

BTW, Dr. Richard T. Bell, MD wanted to tax ecigs a year ago:
If you are a lung doctor, you can not prescribe ecigs. No money to be made there.
Might as well push non working NRT's to keep the money flowing.
