I won a 30ml bottle of juice in the DIY Flavor Shack giveaway the other day, and contacted Dawn about my selection. Dawn responded promptly, took my order, and emailed me back with tracking info all within just a few hours time. I received my bottle of Gooey Butter Cake today, and all I can say is OMG, this stuff is delicious!
