I need to begin by saying, we all make mistakes. Lmao okay.
I bought my first vape in December of last year. It’s a red Vaporesso Tarot Baby. I didn’t do much research before walking in so I gravitated to it because of its design. And to this day, still do not know much about it.
I’ve had trouble with it charging before. Mid-shift, the battery dies and does not charge on any outlet. I try the computer and then my car on the drive home (I had an outlet in my Jeep for blow dryers and whatever else). Take it in to the shop I purchased it at because it was on warranty. I relay to them exactly what happens and the shop owners warns me about charging the vape on anything except a wall outlet. Then she plugs it in in the shop, and It starts charging.
Fast forward to a couple weeks ago, the screen goes black for a couple of hours. I detach the tank and clean it, another hour passes, I move it to another outlet and boom, it starts charging.
Today I was on break, outside in my car. My Vaporesso Baby is probably on about 14%, then, not thinking about it, I plugged it into my Jeep Renegade (different car, newer car, does not have plug in feature like the last Jeep). The Renegade reads that it does not recognize the device. That awful black screen comes back immediately. The vape will not click on! I correctly plugged it in at work for almost 5 hours. I’ve plugged it at home and still nothing.
Is there anyway to factory reset a Tarot Baby as you would a phone, or hard shutdown a computer? I’m at a complete loss and inbetween paychecks! I’m thinking this is my third strike with this one but if this has happened to anyone else, I’d love some feedback! If you know anything about Vaporesso quality, I’m also interested in why you feel it’s good quality or poor!
Help!
