I ordered from this company (Gear Beast) a week ago (on the 13th) and still haven't received an order confirmation or shipping confirmation. All I received was a paypal payment confirmation. I emailed them 3 days ago with a query about where my order/ship conf was and haven't heard a thing from them.

Has anyone ordered from this company before? What was your experience with them?
