Look at the coast to coast flavor bans.
Don't care that others want to shade the issue with outliers, 'progressives' are a plague on freedom. Is there is 'progressive' town/county/state that does not have the 'we know best' laws? Soda tax, 21 (here they are talking about 25) year old tobacco buying age, flavor bans, vaping bans, wear your seat belt, helmet laws for bicycles, it just goes on and on.
Basically 'We know better than you what you should eat, drink, watch, listen, read, think' and we're going to shout down any other ideas.
