Cardi G(cardamom rose gingerbread)

So, somehow, in the midst of the Challenge, I managed to mix this one. Then I forgot about it for a bit.....good thing. It’s an odd ball recipe, but it turned out really well! The ingredients speak for themselves and what they’re doing in the mix. Cardamom rose gingerbread.....yum.

JF Bavarian Cream 2%
FA Cardamom 0.25%
Cap Gingerbread 3%
FA Meringue 1%
FA Rose 0.25%
JF Yellow Cake 2.5%

It is! Off the shake, I didn’t think I would like it. Everything was too sharp. Too forward. I could pick out every note, but in a bad way. The rose/cardamom were in your face. After a week, the gingerbread came through and the other two mellowed out. Everything is much more balanced now.
