Calculation for PG, VG and nicotine

Hi, i want to make an 60ml liquid with 15ml flavor, 18mg/ml nicotine and with 50% PG / 50% VG.
I have 70 ml of 20 mg/ml nicotine and 70ml of 38 mg/ml nicotine.
How much PG,VG, and nicotine must i put to have the specific liquid?

Using ELR's calculator and your 37mg nic in 50/50 base with 25% flavoring, to make 60ml of 50/50 eliquid, you'd need approximately

29ml of 37mg nic
16ml of VG
15ml of flavoring that is PG based, which most of it is

The 20mg nic does not work in this mix - there's too much PG in your various components to even make 10ml of 50/50 finished liquid. As close as I could get is to a mix of 55pg/45vg, and that is mixing your flavoring in PG at 10% (6ml) and the rest of the mix is your nic base (54ml),
