Buying shipping tracking and from China and overseas

I'm writing this because I could not find a start to finish order explained in full anywhere for gearbest.
WARNING :Ordering of regulated and unregulated items from overseas ,not just gearbest.
Asume that ,You may lose your order and your money
Problems may arise at US custom's import regulations and possible extra import fees you may have to pay to get items from customs
Don't order batteries with your mod until you understand USPS's custom's regulations
Here is my successful experience with gearbest
Ordered and paid June 16 2017
5 days until shipped with 11 digit tracking Number AELxxxxxxxxxxxUS Azerbaijan Air Mail
Tracking does Not show up at USPS after going through US Customs or after delivery by USPS
Gearbests link connected me to a site that would not work it showed an error message in square ，hieroglyphs that wouldn't translate
Gearbests link didn't work until the day(July 28) I received it.at https://track24.ru
While waiting I found this third party logistics company http://www.sky56.cn/english/track/index or sky56(Fake)
By searching myself and was not trackable until July 2 2017 at
