Building my own dual 18650 squonk

How would one go about punching a hole through copper sheet? I need to be able to connect the copper sheet to the 510. Getting dowls tomorrow so is there a cone shaped tool for the drill I could use? Maybe a cone grinder? How are you all doing this?

Yea unibit or like a step drill bit. Hope that works out for you bro. I modified one a few months back and had to make the negative contact hole bigger for the new 510.

Thanks guys, I am placing order on that for the bit. got some stain and Polyurethane. Gonna burn then stain very lightly
