Brand new smok stick x8 problem

There is a problem with my brand new smok stick x8. When I fully screw in the tank, the flash blinks 4 times and it does not work, but when I unscrew it a bit it works. What I'm trying to say, that I need to find special point where it works. I'm uploading a video with this too.

Tighten or loosen the coil. From experience it is one or the other.
