I’ve been tweaking this one for months. Finally, finally got it to where I want it.....
Blueberry Gooey Butter Cake. In real life, these cakes are beyond decadent. Rich, thick, GOOEY. Before I had to give up such things, I made one....and then another.....and then another. This recipe does it some justice....not quite the real thing, but definitely close enough.
FA Bilberry 0.5%
FW Blueberry 3.5%
DIYFS Gooey Butter Cake 4%
FA Custard Premium 2.5%
OOO Vanilla Custard Cheesecake 3%
FW Yellow Cake 1.5%
Ok.....subs.
OOO Vanilla Custard Cheesecake....I would do LA Cream Cheese Icing at 1.5%. It ups your steep time, but they’re similar enough that LA should work here.
FA Custard Premium....this is a tough one. There is no custard out there like it BUT....INW Custard+Caps Golden Butter+ a touch of FA Vanilla Classic will probably do the job.
DIYFS GBC....in the original recipe, I used Sasami Butter Cake. I went to DIYFS because I thought more people might have it. I really don’t know of a sub for it. You could probably up the FW Yellow Cake and then use something to thicken it up....the real thing is DENSE. Maybe FLV Vanilla Pudding??

Oops! Almost forgot! 1-2 weeks steep time.....longer if you use the LA CCI.
