I have a complete set of the Derringer shorty DT's in all the standard colors. Love them, but even the Delrin ones get too hot. I have a Cherry Vapes style one on order, but in the meantime, I discovered that the sleeve from my stainless Vapetasia DT fits PERFECTLY OVER the raised lip on the top cap. Check it out:
