Is there a list of the Best rated flavor type from vendors?

Example:

Blueberry Extra (TPA) 5/5
Blueberry Wild (TPA) 4/5
Bilberry (FA) 3/5

etc. I remember seeing a post like this on ECF from a couple years ago, nothing updated for all the new flavors our there

I've not seen one here, but I know exactly the one you're talking about. Most people just go by their personal preference for flavor. I might prefer FA Vanilla Classic, giving it 5/5, but you might prefer TFA Vanilla Swirl, which I'd give 3-4/5. Others prefer it. We're all so different with taste, you just kind of have to be your own judge. This is why I like buying sample sizes of flavors. Once I know what I do like, I can get it in a bigger size. Even a sample size will last quite a while, depending on the manufacturer. Some are also more concentrated than others.
