Berry Crunch Ice Cream

TFA Berry Crunch 6% (3% for mild version)
CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 5% (or TFA Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 6%) (3% for mild version)
TFA Dairy Milk 2% (or sub with same amount of Sweet Cream) (1% for mild version)

As a Note: TFA Dairy Milk is sweeter than TFA/CAP Sweet Cream IMO.
(or you could just leave it out too, and/or sub with your favorite cream)
Drippers may need to adjust this down a bit.

Edit: BTW I also haven't tried this with sub-ohm yet so YMMV.

Thanks Heabob!

Will give it a try with TFA Sweet Cream as a substitute.

Mind if I ask what your PG/VG ratio is?

Just made this. Am a dripper, so I dropped the overall flavor down to 11% from 13%. Not sure if that's right or wrong.

Wow initial shake n vape. VBIC works very well with the sharpness of the berry crunch. VBIC is over powering right now but I can sense whats coming once it tones down. Flavor % definetly needs adjustment but not much.

I've found the VBIC gets better after about 3 days.
You might even be able to cut this recipe in half for dripping, and less flavoring=less steeping, well usually anyway:D.

Used the variation
6% berry crunch
5% cap VBIC
2% sweet cream

Vaping on dual coils coming in at
.17 ohm in a tugboat v2 dripper

Initial thoughts VBIC needs to steep, very overpowering but after steep in sure the % will be pretty close. Don't get much of the berry crunch taste once again I'm sure a steep will bring that flavor profile forward. I haven't tryed it with tfa dairy milk I used tfa sweet cream and don't get a diary taste nor cream at all with the initial shake and vape and I don't feel like a steep would bring that forward.

In my next tester I will try to bring the dairy forward using fa Vienna cream and possible variations with tfa Bavarian cream and possibly marshmallow.
I think for this to pop as a ice cream juice the Dairy factor defiantly needs some tweaking.
Just my 2 cents.

Thanks for the feedback.
Yes, the Dairy/Milk/Cream is tough one to replicate, I just haven't found a good "Cow Juice" yet.
The VBIC can be lowered to increase the Berry Crunch flavor of course.
Haven't tried any others in this, like FW Milk, FE Oak Milk, Bavarian, Fresh Cream, or (Irish Cream (but not FA as it has Chocolate undertones)).

Suspect it's the high wattage but IDK.
Just wondering if it tastes different because I'm using a PT2 Clone with a 1.5mm contact coil at 1.7ohms & 7.5 watts, (KJD Cotton)?
Oh, and MTL too:D.

I'm sure ohms and watts play a huge roll.

Day 3, I'm running dual coil non contact .44 ohms at 55w. Berry crunch is coming through. Blends very well, a few more days and it should shine. I am really digging this recipe. Definitely going to be an ADV for me! Thanks again.

I have to ask... This flavor is so good and reminds me of something but idk what. I've already made bigger bottles to get them steeping but have you tried any other variations of this recipe using any flavors other than berry crunch. I was thinking maybe a cherry or even a citrus flavor would be good. Just random late night thought! Would like to hear feed back if any

You can replace the Berry Crunch with any fruit, but may need to fine tune the amount.
Just some starting points.

FE / VZ-SC Blackberry 2%, FW Blackberry 3-4%
FW Blueberry or TFA Blueberry Wild 5%
TFA Strawberry Ripe or CAP Sweet Strawberry 3-5%, (FA 2%)
FA Pomegranate 2-2.5%
INW Raspberry .5% (5 small drops or less)
INW Shisha Strawberry 2%

Just ordered TFA Berry Crunch as well as a few other cereal flavors. I didn't order TFA Milk, but I did order 2 more bottles of CAPs VBIC while it was in stock. I can't wait to try this one. Thanks Heabob.

For what it's worth, if you haven't tried Hangsen's Cream, it tastes like straight milk as a standalone.....lol! Great for mixing, but not by itself!

Yep, got that one also, and it's one of the best creams available.
Might actually be better substitute than Sweet Cream in this one...

I learned the hard way....you couldn't put pure Mayfield in a tank and get a truer milk taste. Lol!

I really like INW Vanilla Bourbon too:D.

Thanks Heabob. Mixing some up now using CAPs Sweet Cream. Any ideas on TFA Captain Cereal and TFA Fruit Circles? I just got my BCV order in and went cereal crazy.

Sorry don't have those flavors.
The Fruit Circles were described as "lemony" so I passed it up cause I can make my own "lemony" I think.
Let me know what you think...

I mixed up some Tongue fuck I found in the cereal mixing thread. I'll see how it is in a day or so.

When I first opened the bottle of TFA Berry Crunch I wanted to drink the bottle. :D

I was both surprised and pleased by that flavor and think that TFA really nailed that one.
I can't wait to try your mix. The smell of berry crunch and my love for CAPs VBIC, its' gotta be good. I grabbed 2 bottles of VBIC this go around. EXC is always OOS so I ended up going to BCV. Actually BCV got my last few orders due to ECX being OOS on several flavors I wanted.

NICE! Only day 1 and I'm digging it. I think I'll mix up some fruit circles with a similar base. I seem to leaning towards 3-4 flavor mixes lately.

Just replace the Berry Crunch with the Fruit Circles & Milk.
Leave out the TFA Dairy Milk or Sweet Cream if you want.

It should be somewhat like a Lemon-ish Ice Cream.

Did you do the fruit circles at 6% like the original recipe? I've hade to use TFA fruit circles at higher percentages like over 10% for it to really be noticed

You can try it either at 6%, or 10%, as you're making this for your taste buds.
Experimentation is what it's all about anyway.
