PlayWay has announced a new game called I Am Jesus Christ, which will allow players to take the role of Jesus and bring a multitude of New Testament stories to life. I Am Jesus Christ will only be available on Steam and a release date hasn't been announced yet.
I Am Jesus Christ aims to bring the majority of the New Testament Gospels to life, telling stories from the baptism of Jesus to Jesus' resurrection. Check out the reveal trailer below
I Am Jesus Christ is described as a "realistic simulator" on the official Steam page. Players will be able to perform some of Jesus' most famous miracles like walking on water, healing the blind, casting out demons, and even resurrecting from the dead. The full description reads:
