Wonder if anyone is familiar with bakers cream cheese. It's the filing used in a cheese danish. It's similar to cheesecake but just a little bit different. I'm trying to come up with a recipe and I need a lemon flavor. Should I use lemon Sicily, real lemon juice, citric acid, maltic acid or something else?
