Atomizer top cap sounds weird when I tighten it

Hello, everyone!
I have an Aspire Zelos 50W kit and from day 1 when I tighten the top cap there's a sound like screeching. I thought the top cap was rubbing the glass container but it's not. The coil is not cross-threaded, all the coils sat nice and straight.
The guys at the vape shop said the cap threading and the coil threading are rubbing but it makes no sense since when you tighten it, the threads are going to rub each other.
This doesn't affect my vaping experience and the sound is not THAT loud, but it's loud enough to annoy me occasionally.
Does anyone have any idea of what it could be?

Thanks in advance

Machining on the threads is going to be the culprit. Since it doesnt affect function, put a little juice on the threads when you fill the tank. Temp lube to keep them quiet if its just some sharp threads. You can also try running a safety pin around the threading to clear them if they have something in there.

The best tool for repairing threads is one of these thread files. Cheap enough since it is light metal you do not need professional grade.
