It was tough trying to decide if this belongs in "The Good", or "The Bad".

I decided on "The Good" because the New England Journal of Medicine has quoted Dr. Eric Kandel of Columbia University as saying, "With e-cigarettes, we get rid of the danger to the lungs and to the heart, but no one has mentioned the brain.". At least we are seeing some medical professionals actually admit that e-Cigs are safer from a lung and heart perspective. This is a good thing given that brain damage has never been a primary concern when considering smoking related illnesses.

The bad news is that Dr. Eric Kandel is apparently a c**ck head. Nicotine as a gateway to c*caine?
