CB is a local distributor but you can use any cream soda except TFA. 
I also changed the recipe slightly :
Reduced the Cream soda to 0.5% and added 0.5% TFA Sweet and Tart.
In place of the candy apple i would just add 2% more Double apple and increase Sweet and tart to 1%
