"(12) VAPOR PRODUCT. Upon each fluid millimeter of 22 consumable vapor product, $.25 tax. All invoices for vapor 23 products issued by manufacturers must state the amount of 24 consumable product in milliliters.
Can anyone tell me what a "fluid millimeter" is? I hope they don't mean a cubic millimeter if so the tax on a 30ml bottle would be $7,500.00.
