This should be how we treat vaping here in the US.
If they (The FDA) ban flavors I hope they know a class action lawsuit will be on the horizon.
I think the supreme court would agree that forcing people back to cigarettes is a human rights violation.
If not they will surely agree that stifling access to a safer alternative to smoking while not touching cigarettes is a human rights violation.
The FDA hasn't even "proven" that vaping is addictive yet.
