4 bay Charger under $30?

What do you recommend I currently have a 2 bay EFEST SODA CHARGER.
It takes nearly 3 hours to charge. I'm looking to order 4 new batteries also. recommendations on what batteries to get would also be helpful I been doing research, but I can't decide

I don't wanna spend more then $35 on a charger and I wanna cut down the charge time if possible

I have a Opus BT3100 that works great. It does everything from charging to refreshing. It usually takes less than two hours to go from depleted to fully charged.

I have had good luck with LG HE4's. Not so good with Samsung 25r's. The LGs last much longer

I have a question me and my gf argue about a lot. she claims it's really bad to charge your batteries from half to full , and she gets mad if I charge her batteries unless they are completely depleted, but then I look over and shes got her vape plugged into wall charging like wtf !, which makes no sense in her argument

I don't think it really matters. She got the old ni-cad mentality. Li Ion's aren't like that
