LATEST UPDATE (SOLVED): Short after this post, 3fvape contacted me. Apparently the "shipping" notification was a mistake, and that they were able to get a hold of it. They told me that they requested the refund after receiving my latest message, and it should take about a couple business days, which takes us to now. I decided to only make this update once I've actually received the money, and now I have. BUT BE CAREFUL: They told me though, that sometimes they may not be able to cancel orders so you should still be careful when wanting to cancel an order; SEND A TICKET TO THEM RIGHT AWAY, EXPLAIN WHY, AND TELL THEM CLEARLY THAT YOU DO NOT WANNA CHANGE YOUR ORDER OR KEEP IT AT ALL. If you do that, there would probably be more chances of you getting a refund because, 1, they only reply once a day and 2, they will ask you questions such as why/are you sure, which will extend the days of you not cancelling it. -------------------------- I ordered on 3FVape successfully before, and they all went great. It's only this time when I wanted my items cancelled that they got annoying and totally unreliable. I wanted mine cancelled because I knew an acquaintance who's willing to give me a really great deal on the item I wanted to purchase. I contacted 3FVape about this, and what's annoying is that they won't give you your money back after numerously saying "I want to cancel it". I agree that it's wrong on my part that I should be sure on my orders before I cancel it. Yes, I was sure, but I didn't know that my friend could give me a deal for $60 for a mod and 6 juices. I mean, it's too good to be true! Upon messaging 3FVape, in their tickets section, I said, "I want my order cancelled", they replied with a paragraph basically saying "Can we ask you why? Let us arrange the shipping for you". That question was fine, because they must've thought they could fix whatever was making me not buy it. So I told them, "I'm buying it somewhere else". At this point I thought that they would refund the money back, but instead they replied with "Your shipment is ready. What about we keep the original shipment for you? It's a pity to give it up now". I know that this is their business, they want to fight to keep their customer, but the thing is I need my money, and they only reply once a day. It doesn't help that everytime you get a reply to your ticket, which is not so often, it's not them resolving the problem, it's them wanting to sell their items. UPDATE: They just shipped my items without my consent. What the hell is wrong with 3fvape? I specifically said that I want it cancelled and they went ahead against the customer's will and shipped it. I'll be contacting 3fvape about this, and if they won't refund the money by the time I need it, hopefully paypal will. REALLY DISAPPOINTED 3FVAPE!
