3FVAPE COMPLAINT: SOLVED!

    LATEST UPDATE (SOLVED): Short after this post, 3fvape contacted me. Apparently the "shipping" notification was a mistake, and that they were able to get a hold of it. They told me that they requested the refund after receiving my latest message, and it should take about a couple business days, which takes us to now. I decided to only make this update once I've actually received the money, and now I have.

    BUT BE CAREFUL:

    They told me though, that sometimes they may not be able to cancel orders so you should still be careful when wanting to cancel an order; SEND A TICKET TO THEM RIGHT AWAY, EXPLAIN WHY, AND TELL THEM CLEARLY THAT YOU DO NOT WANNA CHANGE YOUR ORDER OR KEEP IT AT ALL. If you do that, there would probably be more chances of you getting a refund because, 1, they only reply once a day and 2, they will ask you questions such as why/are you sure, which will extend the days of you not cancelling it.

    I ordered on 3FVape successfully before, and they all went great.

    It's only this time when I wanted my items cancelled that they got annoying and totally unreliable.

    I wanted mine cancelled because I knew an acquaintance who's willing to give me a really great deal on the item I wanted to purchase. I contacted 3FVape about this, and what's annoying is that they won't give you your money back after numerously saying "I want to cancel it".

    I agree that it's wrong on my part that I should be sure on my orders before I cancel it. Yes, I was sure, but I didn't know that my friend could give me a deal for $60 for a mod and 6 juices. I mean, it's too good to be true!

    Upon messaging 3FVape, in their tickets section, I said, "I want my order cancelled", they replied with a paragraph basically saying "Can we ask you why? Let us arrange the shipping for you". That question was fine, because they must've thought they could fix whatever was making me not buy it. So I told them, "I'm buying it somewhere else". At this point I thought that they would refund the money back, but instead they replied with "Your shipment is ready. What about we keep the original shipment for you? It's a pity to give it up now".

    I know that this is their business, they want to fight to keep their customer, but the thing is I need my money, and they only reply once a day. It doesn't help that everytime you get a reply to your ticket, which is not so often, it's not them resolving the problem, it's them wanting to sell their items.

    UPDATE: They just shipped my items without my consent. What the hell is wrong with 3fvape? I specifically said that I want it cancelled and they went ahead against the customer's will and shipped it. I'll be contacting 3fvape about this, and if they won't refund the money by the time I need it, hopefully paypal will.

    REALLY DISAPPOINTED 3FVAPE!

    I think a day after, but this shouldn't be the case because we were able to have a conversation before the item was shipped.

    The day after is plenty of time for them to cancel, considering how long pre-shipment takes. When I order from China, I assume I'll be stuck with whatever I order. Definitely not worth the time to make an account on a vape forum to herald the news about a china company having shitty CS

    I didn't make an account to make a rant. I've had this before everything happened. It is enough time for them to cancel, that's why I'm saying that it was intentional for them to ship it even when I've said I wanted to cancel it.

    What's annoying is that they replied to the ticket but disregarded it anyways. :) Hopefully paypal could get my money back

    Most companies dont allow people to cancel an order after you've already placed the order.
    Especially
    if you decided its because you just want to purchase it elsewhere.

    Yes but please actually read the thread before responding. They were willing to cancel it, cus why else would they reply?? Also they have a topic in their ticket which is for cancelling orders :)

    I did read it, They never stated they were willing or going to cancel it. They asked why you wanted to.
    Which most likely was not a valid reason to cancel an order.

    They said, can you please reconsider it? Why else would they give me the option to reconsider if I couldn't cancel?? They should've just said we're unable to cancel your orders.

    In the emails you posted, they stated that your order was already being processed, you have to understand the language barrier also.
    They informed you your order was already being process, they stated if there was a different item you would like instead to let them know that they would swap it out, I understand the "Please reconsider" might make you think they were going to let you cancel, but thats obviously not that case.
    I dont know any company, that would say "sure ill give you your money back so you can go buy the same thing elsewhere"

    I dont find that bad customer service, or 3fvape being untrustworthy. They shipped you your order that you ordered from them

    They also have a return policy (which is why they sent you the order anyways)
    Which is 45 days from the date the item is received.

    I understand the language barrier, but how hard is it to say, "We can't cancel it because of..."? Under processing could mean it's still available for any changes. If it wasn't available for any changes why did they offer that I could change my order? Because it would be the same thing. Take the damn item away from processing or replace it with something else, either way, you're still taking the original item from "processing", meaning they were able to do that, so why didn't they?

    Because you told them you no longer wanted the item because you were purchasing it elsewhere, so they offered to replace the item with something else. You said no, so they shipped you your original order. Its that simple, a company doesnt become untrustworthy because they wouldnt cancel an order you placed. It just means they have shitty policy (which most companies do)

    So you're telling me if you were a company, you would rather the item leave your warehouse first and then be sent back in order for you to give the customer their money back? Sounds like a waste of time. Also sounds like another risk of losing the item + my money if I do ship it back.. How can you trust a company for a refund if they weren't willing to cancel the order in the first place?

    I said "No I want to cancel it". Couldn't they have replied with "We can't do that"? Because they could have. Why would they have a no cancellation policy if there's A DEDICATED TICKET OPTION FOR THAT?

    Like a stated, 1 because your order was already being processed. 2 there is a language barrier, they dont respond like other companies do. There customer service obviously isnt the greatest.

    1) Its not so hard to say we can't cancel your order.
    2) If it was the language barrier then she did a damn great job telling me other things when it could've just taken the 3 simple words "no cancel allowed"
    3) There's a specified "Cancel Orders" in the ticket section
    4) They could've changed my order which means they could've taken it out
    5) I mentioned that I didn't want any of the offers she gave me, so the best the CS could've done was hold the order down.

    So if the company does an action against your will, then YES I would see it as an untrustworthy company with shitty customer service. If you still see that as a reliable company then that's your own opinion.

    I think your expectations were too high for a high volume, overseas seller. 3fvape is effectively a guy on the east side selling stuff out of a trunk but with a website. If customer service is a requirement you have to go state side. Just what it is. 3fvape is good if you want cheap stuff sometime in the next 30-45 days, not if you want someone who isn't using a translator to read and respond to your emails.

    Did you order your Kaos or the other one you were after?

    I have a suggestion for future purchases (just my opinion). Buy anything with electronics from the states. Its such a monumental pain in the ass to deal with China vendors if your shit shows up broken or breaks immediately, it takes forever to get a resolution. The few $$ saved might be spent in frustration. China (IMO) is good for rda's, mechs when they are on sale, etc...

    Good luck and enjoy the Tesla when it gets here.

    Thanks! I just thought that 3fvape would've been better because from my past experience it was great, but then again that didn't require me to talk to their customer service and file a ticket. But yeah, would be better off buying somewhere else next time if you really want a good CS :)
