reload s rta 4.5ml glass tube

I have reload S RTA single coil. I use Alien 3 mm coil. I have tried different methods of wicking it and different cotton. I changed the position if the coil to match the airflow. Still, the flavor is not strong enough as I had with Profile RDTA or Zeus X mesh. Any idea what might be the issue...
