innokin sub b tank

Been using this tank for the last month and love it. However, it is due for a coil change & I cannot, for the life of me, figure the damn thing out to replace the coil. Can anyone give me detailed instructions on how to do this - on layman's terms as I have only been vaping for a couple of years...
