Picked this mod up recently, and holy shit this thing rocks. It is a very hard hitting mod, equal to (maybe even better then) then my The Rig V1's.

Very unique button design. It has 8 points of contact when hitting the button. Hits the same everytime, no matter how you press the button.

Manufactor recommends placing the battery with the positive (top) in the downward position. I have tried both ways and do not notice any difference. It would be beneficail in the event of battery vent though.

Yes for sure, I believe it is. You'll like it. Subohm innovations will have a silver plated contacts kit out in a few weeks, that'll make it even better.

Only one I have tried so far is a Tugboat V2 base with a pourboy customs cap. 22g 6wrap 3.0mm, .2 ohms.

Yes it is. I was about to ask about those. Grand vapor station might start carrying them soon and Aloha vapes in Hawaii might have them

Silver plated contacts will be available in a few weeks. They now have a 'short switch' available that is a non lockable recessed button.

Nice. I hate fiddling with switch locks. The best switch lock is removing the battery !

And now we have the Shorty and a beautifully matched Kennedy 24 Ridiculous how hard it hits. I felt like my RDAs had been cheated up until now. First piece I tried on it was my Thundercloud Plus and it hit like I had never experienced it before. If you don't have one you should...

I planned to get a Subzero Legendary Competition at my local shop and order a short switch button to have both options.
I ended buying the Shoty mod version because the long lockable switch felt weird (quite horrible in fact).

It's a good mod and all but I'm not happy that shorty edition is more expensive than regular version because shorty switch is just a ring and a plastic chip.
