Back around christmas i bought a Kangertech mini and a Kangertech nano. The nano works perfectly however the mini from day one hasn't stopped gurgling, spitting and leaking. I've tried the .5, 1.5 and RBA and the gurgling and spitting issue persists. It also leaks consistently, especially when i adjust the air flow. At this point i don't know whether I'm doing something wrong or if its defective. Has anyone else dealt with this?

Disassemble it, clean well, replace all O-rings, give it a try. If no joy, you got your hands on a defective one either return to Kanger or replace it.

I've cleaned it well, haven't replaced the o rings as the kit did not come with replacement o rings. I've also tried lowering my wattage and using a smaller airflow.

As far as I know, the Kanger Mini comes with a extra set of O-rings. Have you checked that yours is genuine Kanger. There is the possibility it is a clone, that would explain your issue.

I checked the authenticity, it is authentic however it did not come with o rings and o rings are not listed on the inside where kit contents are listed.

I had issues with my subtank leaking... the o-ring wasn't snug against the glass... so i wrapped a tiny bit of dental floss around where the o-ring goes and put the o-ring on top of the floss and it was just enough to tighten it up... works great now... I don't really think they are "deffective" i think its just a tiny variation in the glass thickness.

I've been using a mini for over a year, and have not had a single leak at all, ever. I do recommend trying a new set of seals though if yours is leaking.

I can't speak to everywhere, but the local vape shops near me all carry the seals for about 5 a set. I've actually seen one of the owners of my favorite shop give seals to customers, it's a cheap way to help someone out and possibly earn a new customer. You might want to check out your local shops and see what comes of it...
