I don't think this guy understands that the other 49 states would gladly ship eliquid to New Jersey residents.
This would just put people out of work and make it harder for the poorest of citizens to quit smoking - 5150

And that line of bull shit thinking is why put that state in my rear view mirror 20 years ago. Just because it has desirable flavors, it makes it an automatic marketing scheme to minors.

Isn't it already illegal to sell to minors there anyway? If they can't prevent minors from buying it already what makes them think this will work any better?
