Can anyone tell me what percentage is the standard for cap flavors.

I use between 20 and 25 percent flavor

I'd never use 25% of any flavor, if it's that weak you don't need it, lol! I've never gone above 15% with FW, and that's about the weakest one out there.

I've only used a couple at 10% for a single flavor, normally 5-7% range.
Certain flavors are stronger tho, so they could be only 1-2%.

I agree with Huck, 3 - 5% when mixed in a recipe. Maybe a little higher for single flavor.

20 seems quite high.

I wished I saved the link, but anyways I remember reading somewhere average mixing percentages of FA was 3-5 percent and all the others were around the 10-15%.

Not to hijack the thread but was wondering how to compliment an FA flavor with a cap flavor. I have the supplies on the way and will be trying eventually. But is was, based on previous reading, 2% FA custard, 1% raspberry , 2 % FA strawberry, and unknown percentage of ripe strawberry Cap...was thinking 6%. I am hoping for more rounded strawberry flavor.

I would do 2% of CAP strawberry and work from there.
