Was he fired for posting the pictures, or after? If after, the former employee worked in filth, helped the business sell the possibly unsanitary and tainted e-liquid and apparently had no problem with the conditions until he was fired. He can hire his own lawyer if that is the case...

They supposedly moved from the "lab" to his basement during the renovations.
He was much more than just an employee but once the vendor got real big the owner pushed him out of the business.

I think its funny the Mixing room has a identical layout with a "room in the back not shown(bathroom)". I also loved how they played it off as the basement then the old location then the new location, its the same damn build and layout, the only difference is the paint and fixtures. Also a restroom working or not should never be in a lab, it should have been reconstructed into a closet for shelving or better before the lab even mixed their first batch. Also in the pics and videos where "Crimmy" said those were storage rooms then why was everything set up for mixing with everything laid out properly and a chair for use??
Crimmy is trying to be slick and I wont believe into the bullshit and if anyone else does they are lying to themselves. He contradicted himself atleast 8 times and hasn't had a story straight since, he was a decent man and mixologist before he was mass producing and now he has gotten lazy and careless. Time for him to enjoy retirement and some bad press.

Don't know how true it is, but from what I've heard, he wasn't fine with the conditions and because him and his wife were speaking up about it, is what led to their getting fired.

I'm of this opinion...

If Tony signed a confidentiality agreement, I have no sorry feeling for him. He signed it and he knew what he was doing was wrong. If Crimneys was NOT breaking any laws or health rules, Crimney's actually did nothing wrong in the eyes of the law. If they WERE doing something wrong, Tony should have reported it. Otherwise I think tony was just acting like a shithead "disgruntled" employee.

Now for Crimney's, I don't believe a word of the shit they spread. They were contradicting themselves at almost every answer. All three of them were doing it, not just one. SO I can't believe that they just couldn't put to words well enough, to what they mean. They had a rough outline of what they planned to say, but it was a unthoughtful way of lying their asses off.

Crimney's is no better than the ex-employee who was seeking to hurt them. They are suing someone without the means to pay for a defense he should deserve. But in all fairness, Crimney's were being filthy mixing juice. They deserved the exposure. If they are embarrassed about it, they should have kept cleaner facilities.
